Vitamin A

Vitamin A, also known as retinol, is a fat-soluble vitamin needed for eye health. Vitamin A is found in supplements as retinol or beta carotene. Beta carotene is what gives sweet potatoes and carrots their orange colour and our body converts it to retinol as needed.
